If you would like to get started right away please follow these following steps to create an account and place your first order.
1. Please REGISTER for an account number. You will receive an email shortly that will include your new account number.
When registering for a new account we will include your email address to our email marketing campaign to keep you up-to-date with sales and new products. Emails will be sent on a weekly/monthly basis. If at any time you would like to remove yourself, please feel free by using the "Manage Your Subscription" link at the bottom of any Email Marketing letter you have received from us.
2. Download Digital Manager Express from the download page of our website. Digital Manager Express is used for all basic print orders. If you need to create templates, composites or design an album please download Digital Manager Advanced. There is a video tutorial to assist you with placing your first order. If you experience any problems installing Digital Manager please refer to the ROES FAQ for answers to the most common questions
3. After you place your order you will receive and confirmation email with your order number. You may track your order any time online from any page on our website.
